had a small area to place water bowl and this left about 2" also the bottle is flat on 2 sides which I could place against the wall

I think this size is perfect for my 6.5lb Chihuahua. Only issue is even when bottle is full there is an extremely low amount of water in the bowl area for some reason. I believe it's faulty.

I purchased the larger water dispenser purely as I work outside and take my Collie to work with me. It's a good size, works well (so far) and easy to refill. She actually drinks more water using this than with her regular bowl. The only slight criticism I do have is that it would be useful if it came with a solid bottle cap for transportation as obviously the spring cap just leaks water. It does the job though!

Easy to use and to refill. Lasts my dogs about three days, much easier than refilling their bowl once to twice a day, and keeps my mind at peace knowing that they're getting enough water
