I've used a few of these Flipsky VESCs over the past year or so, and they've been great. Upgrading to the v2.0 (in any of the models) is great because you get the phase filters AND the on/off functionality.There is a ton of customization that you can do with these things and they are great for getting your BLDC/brushless motors up and running. I have not tried it, but apparently you can use these controllers for regular brushed DC motors as well, which means they can pretty much help you control any motor project you've got!

I've started using this for my Ebike. The Pro V2 has bluetooth BUILT IN!! Nice. The Vesc Tool mobile app is wireless and very convenient for tuning the parameters, without the need for USB cables to computers etc. Will update my review as I continue to work with this controller. Its a great value considering how powerful it is. Who wants to pay 50 to 100 bucks for basic metal box controllers. When this thing barely costs any more! However the CONS include It is NOT waterproof and there are lots of exposed wires, you want it to be protected some how. It requires some wiring to a throttle and the motor hall sensors and phase wires

Had an issue with the internal Bluetooth shutting of every couple seconds which made using the phone app impossible. Sent it back into Amazon for a replacement and this one works great! Watched a lot of one wheel tuning videos for proper setup and my scooter freaking rips!Put this on a 60v fat tire scooter and made a custom 84v pack. Took a lot of tuning but went from 18mph to over 45mph now.

Having already used the ebike enclosure style 75100, I was familiar with the shortcomings of that design. The MOS temps stay much lower with this design. The only downside is you do have to mount it in an enclosure of some type as the headers are just out there exposed. You should also be aware that the headers are very small and use VERY small wiring that is difficult to work with.

When it works it's great when it blows mosfets or arrives defective not so great dissapointed my top board was not soldered to bottom correctly causing Bluetooth to not work and for unit to not power on unless pressed down on top board to give pressure connection

Solid construction, wires are high grade flexible silicone and connectors lock in .Came with push switch and very useful handle bar key switch with a very bright battery voltage display .Easy setup with VESC app. was setup and running in a couple of min.Must buy if You are stuck with an E-Bike with a bad controller and cannot find a replacement, or wnat toupgrade from stock for more performance options .Seller is super helpful .

I emailed the company and they didnt even respond. I cant tell you what i think of this because they wouldnt be able to print it but tonight im going to enjoy ripping this out and sending it back.
