Warm Tips:
Q1. How to secure the fountain?
Our pool fountain is designed with a sturdy rope tether loop, allowing you to secure it in place if desired. No more worrying about the fountain floating away or moving to corner of the pool.
Q2. If the fountain is not working, please take the following steps:
（1） Completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running.
（2） Check the bottom filter for blockage (leaves, etc.), and clear if needed
Q3. Fountain stream does not reach 3.6ft:
a.）Long Press light button to turn on the device.
b.) Press the fountain button once to enter Maximum Spray mode, the Fountain will spray at maximum height.(Since the fountain system needs to be activated, even in max fountain mode, it will take a little time to start spraying up to the highes.)
c.) If there is no water spray, or the water spray is not high, we recommend that you can Completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running.

These were perfect, i had a night party and it honestly gave my pool an amazing touch!!! Hold up nicely it has good stability. These have different colors that are very bright. and different water modes. I received lots of compliments. I recommend. And the charge lasts for a long time. And it even has a timer to save the battery life. It is worth the money.

Great inground pool fountain. I have tried a bunch of solar powered fountains with changing lights. This one has the power to run for approximately three hours- 2hours it shuts off, then reset and it lasts for another hour on a charge.Fountain is approximately 3 feet and in the second mode it jumps from 1-3 feet for a 'dancing' effect. The lights shine on the fountain part and the other light settings shine down in the pool and it spins as well on a separately purchased anchor, which I would highly recommend. I with there was a way to slow down the light speed of change, but it is bright, colorful and a nice feature for the pool.

The lights work very well and thus far are of good quality. They are smaller than I anticipated, but worth the cost. In a smaller or above ground pool they will be fine.

As the directions stated, I charged the device until battery was full (blue light). Changed the fountain setting & it stopped working. Charged it again to see if it was low on battery. Worked for two minutes & then when I touched the fountain setting, stopped working again. This is super upsetting because I couldn’t wait to use this & it’s just not working at all. Cool lights, but maybe mine is defective.

So this is one of our favorite summer purchases for the pool! We live in texas where the pool water gets so warm and unrefreshing but when you have this floating and the water shower hits you its cooler than the pool. And the light show is awesome. The kids love it. Great gift for someone with a pool or for the kids to enjoy or when youre having a pool party for sure. Can set the light or let them stream through all the colors and no sprinkler or jave the sprinkler with lights, or disco flashing lights. Lots of options, works great. Charge it first

We loved it and were super impressed by both the light show and the fountain function. We used it four times in our hot tub and the fifth time, although it was fully charged, only the light show would work and the fountain wouldn’t turn on. We tried troubleshooting it but finally had to throw it away.

I'm really happy with the pool fountain. It's very easy to use and performs really well as both a fountain and pool light decoration. There are lots of options with light colours and patterns, and the fountain throws to an impressive height. It looks fantastic with the lights creating spectacular effects in the fountain stream. I definitely recommend it :)
