I bought this skirt for my daughter because she’s 5’3, 22 wks pregnant, a size small. Most skirts and dresses are too long. This skirt is so short and ruching is sewn with a binding that has no stretch to pull it down at all. The waist band elastic is just elastic folded over and flips up to bare, scratchy elastic. She couldn’t get off fast enough.
