The wraparound rings fit as described. They were used to replace some old rusty rings at the base of radiator pipes.

These flanges fit well around our radiator floor pipes and they look pretty good. However, the material quality is very poor (flimsy, thin, and cheap feeling). These flanges also do not snap closed very well. Not sure how long these will last, but I guess that this is an OK purchase for the relatively low cost.

Used these to replace the crappy plastic ones my even crappier ELECTRICIAN used to cover up a conduit mistake. Insert eye roll here. These are heavy and Look it. If they are the diameter you’re looking for, you won’t be disappointed!
