I love this lamp! There are so many options and I didn't even get to all of them. The color choices are fantastic and the remote control is what makes it so much fun and super easy to use. I purchased it to add some ambient light in a corner and didn't really care to change colors. But, during movie watching it is pretty cool to turn the lamp to red or blue to set a mood. I keep it on a low orange setting for an amber glow. I'm tempted to get another one for the guest room. It was fairly simple to assemble (which I did during a work call) and the cover is sort of plastic-like but you can't tell unless you touch it. It looks like canvas and the knob on top is very nice. I've even thought of hanging the lamp from the ceiling by a chain.

I wasn’t sure about these and the quality of the shade is more paper-like but they look great on either side of our wall entertainment center. I like the soft white but the kids like all the color and motion options! They give a perfect cozy glow to the living room. Only complaint was how hard it was to stretch them out to the frame and it’s tough to get them to recognize the remote (I have to walk up close), but we still love them!

Most reviews here said their remote doesn't work. Mine didn't either. That's because you have to program it! The directions have bad English, so you don't realize that is what it's making you do. I Googled generic LED remote pairing directions and it worked. Now the remote works fine. Pretty much you have to hold down the power button inside the lamp. Then hold down the on/off button on the remote until the light on the remote flashes a few times and then it's paired.

I got these lamps because I was getting my RGB lighting together for the gaming and theater mood in my home. I like the easy of installation of the app and use of the lamps from my phone. I did place them relatively close together to fit my tv stand in between and sometimes the tv remote changes the lights or puts them on a sleep timer. I love how the app gives over 20 different light variations to choose from including music for the lights to come on when bass or louder sounds are heard. It’s pretty cool! I was able to get two for not that much money and they look modern and sleek where they are located. I highly recommend for anyone looking to add some contemporary style to the RGB lighting needs!

First of all the assembly instructions are the worse. I had great difficulty putting together. I had to use my own sense and turn one of the poles upside down for it to work. Then I get it to stand up like the picture to find that the remote instructions are the worse also. It never worked. it comes on and turn about 4 colors then goes to white. I am over it. Don't buy this!!!!!!!!

The price was great but this for doesn't work or look as great as I thought it would. Sometimes it won't turn off. Or change colors when I'm trying to get both if them on the same color. I bought 3 of them. 2 for my living room and 1 for my sister and brother in law.I really wish it was better. I don't usually return stuff because I hate returning things but I have been thinking about returning these and getting a different set
