I MUCH prefer to use this type of floral foam because it is MUCH sturdier, much more solid and it’s much easier to work with. I very highly recommend this type of foam blocks!

When working on floral crafting, this type of floral foam can be very useful. I bought these sheets to be able to secure a faux olive tree into the decorative basket base I'd found for it. I put the tree in, then some packing paper. Then I cut the foam sheets to go around the tree base and wedged them into the basket. Works like a charm! They were relatively easy to cut with a serrated kitchen knife. I subsequently ordered plastic craft knives, which will be much safter for working with this kind of foam.It does flake off residue while cutting. I tried to keep it contained in the outer wrapper as I cut, but that only partially worked. I made sure to lay down other paper on the counter before cutting so I could throw away all the tiny pieces of foam easily. Just plan ahead for a bit of a mess and then off you go with your project. It holds faux flower bushes / stems readily.

I like this foam because it is stronger I think than what you can buy in hobby stores. Price is similar and is pretty easy to cut.

I was looking for a smaller block but could not find one. I bought this one and it was easy to cut to the size I needed. No complaints about this product.

I was looking for some foam to insert fake flowers to place on a headstone and this is what I wanted. Worked great. Going to see how long it lasts outside.

Worked fine for what I needed. Paid about double the price that I would have liked, however, because of Covid-19, didn't want to go to a craft store.

I'm a retired florist and this is the kind of styrofoam I use for artificial flower arranging. Be sure to anchor your brick to your container 1st, using floral tape or wire.
