I used this flowmeter to make an instrument to measure breath flow and pressure. The control valve is useful to set the back pressure and the floating bead measures a good range of useful flow. It's probably possible to breath out air faster than this device can measure, but that wasn't necessary for my use. Pressure was measured with a pressure gauge, a different Amazon purchase.It seems to work well and is of sturdy construction.

With the needle valve fully open and externally limited flow, the flow measurement is stable and the readings plausible. Sadly, when I try using the valve to adjust flow rate, the ball starts vibrating rapidly and tends to get "stuck" at some level. This makes the readings completely unreliable.

Lo utilicé en cuanto llegó con 2 bombas de aire de 38 L/min que también compré y el medidor de flujo en ambas bombas marca como máximo, menos de 8 L/min. Me hubiera gustado que viniera con un manual de uso para saber la función de la perilla o saber si tengo que hacer algún ajuste a las tuercas.
