They are easy to use and seem very durable. I have an older cat who is interested but hasn’t taken the plunge yet. I have high confidence in her though.

I love how loud these are and that the fact that the recording switch is underneath instead of on the side of the button.The downside is that one of my 6 buttons was defective - I contacted the seller and got no response, so I exchanged them for a replacement through Amazon and now I'm perfectly happy with them :)The first box I got just had the buttons, but the replacement one had stickers to label the buttons and a flier for lessons to teach your dog to use them which I thought was great (not sure why they weren't included the first time).

They work great and appear to be the same quality as the ones I got from the actual website. My cat loves being able to talk through them. They have easy instructions on how to record your voice and playback. The voice is clear and easy to understand when pressed. I will say to check all of them. I had one that didn't work at first and I had to remove the back to look at the batteries. Turns out they were loose and so when I screwed the back on tighter the button worked.

I have a very smart Havanese mix puppy that I knew would benefit from these buttons. I did a lot of research trying to find buttons that would be an appropriate size, and most importantly, easy for her to push, she only weighs 7 pounds. The informational guide and support that you get from the company on starting your pet off on the right communication path was invaluable. We currently have several buttons strategically placed throughout the house that Ivy loves to use. We are looking forward to building her vocabulary and seeing all of the great things she wants to tell us.

I have a chihuahua/pug mix .. he has tiny chihuahua feet and he has no problem pressing these. Also these are easy to record your voice with the words your dog knows- simply flip the switch on the bottom, press and hold the button until ot beeps and say your word. If it doesn't sound clear, redo it the same way.Edit--- these work too well. I programmed one to say, " HUNGRY" and was woke up to my pup with a full bowl of food sitting next to his button looking at me and stepping on it. Turns out he thought he needed a GREENIE-- at 3a.m.... .

The price of this entire product concept is annoying and then this particular product offering has no tiles even though they are pictured everywhere. Would have paid the same from the manufacturer with their coupon for 12 buttons and 6 tiles. Greedflation everywhere. Oh, great if we like it we get to drop another hundred.5 out of 12 will not record anything. For the 7 that did record, they recorded while set to the circle icon not the microphone and I had to push the button with 3 flat fingers and I barely got it to record. I actually don't normally tap something with my foot and then record, I usually press a button with one finger.For the cost, there should not be so many problems out of the box. For the cost this should be a complete kit, function properly and be a joy to use. Returning.

Clear recordings and battery lasts. It took a few months for my Guinea pig to accept the first button. Once he did, he began using this along with 4 others in the space of a week. Smart piggy, great talk buttons!

The video ad makes it appear as though these buttons come with the mat. They do not. Possibly because I'm in the UK, but the only hextile mats I can find come as a set of 2 for £140.Audio quality is also not as clear as indicated.Will probably return these. For people in the UK, if you don't already have the HexTiles, don't bother buying these.
