About this item

  • AUTOMATIC MODE: Once the sump pump is plugged in, it will automatically start when the water level is above 4" and shut off when it reaches the stop level of 2". When you start to use this pump, tilt and submerge it in water for a few seconds to expel the air inside
  • MANUAL MODE: If the water level is not high enough to start in auto mode or you want to remove water as low as possible (1/2"), you can switch to manual control. The pump will keep running continuously and will not turn off automatically, so remember to cut off the power immediately to prevent the motor from burning out
  • POWERFUL PERFORMANCE: 1/2 HP POWERFUL MOTOR ensures effective pumping. The pump has a maximum capacity of transferring water up to 2500 GPH with 1-1/2" discharge hose horizontally. It can lift water up to a maximum vertical height of 26'. This submersible pump works with clean water or slightly dirty water, and its bottom grid allows it to pass up to 1/5" solids
  • SAFETY ENSURE & RELIABLE: UPGRADED SEALING STRUCTURE gives pump longer durability, which is much longer than regular mechanical seal. Full corrosion-resistant shell and THERMAL PROTECTION ensures the pump will not be burned out, even when the pump triggers thermal overload protector, the pump will rework after cooling down
  • EASY INSTALLATION: Comes with three plastic adapters: GHT 3/4"+NPT 1" connects standard garden hose for quick installation; G 1-1/2" discharge port connects discharge hose for high capacity pumping. The check valve prevents pumped water from running back into the pump
  • WIDELY APPLICATION: Pump also comes with a 16.4-foot long cable cord and a 26-foot nylon rope, which allows the pump to submerge deep enough in the water. Ideal for heavy-duty draining applications including pools, ponds, pits, wells, ditches, basements, etc
  • BUY WITH CONFIDENT: This pump is designed for multi applications and emergency use, like flooding basement, garden pond, hot tub, and so on. Provide lifelong technical consultation and 24h customer service

UPDATED REVIEW: Below is my original review. The company read it and contacted me at their own initiative, eager to make good by offering money back or a replacement. I needed the pump, and outside from the faulty overload sensor, the pump worked fine; I took the pump. The new one arrived and works beautifully. For me, when online everything is available, customer service is what sets a company apart. For me, it is unheard that a company reads your review, reaches out, and then actually wants to make good. Very impressive. Standing by your products matters more than anything else, for the customer knows they're covered. Thanks.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pump has an overload sensor, should it overheat. On my pump, and in water with temps between 60 and 80 degrees, it shuts off all the time. It operates for a few minutes, shuts off for a few minutes, resets, and goes back on for a few minutes. Could be a faulty sensor. Could be just my pump. Why not send it back you ask? I found it’s float switch to make operation fussy and erratic as well, and I took it out. End ‘o warranty. I’ll give a go at removing the overload sensor, but me thinks getting at it likely destroys the pump completely. Other than it not working constantly, it’s good value, moves lots of water, quiet, and really cheap. Obviously, if you need a quality pump, this ain’t the choice under any circumstance.

Purchased to occasionally drain my 10K in-ground pool, even using a standard garden hose it was quick and problem free, by manipulating hose I was able to drain to nearly empty. I used the included light-duty adaptors which do leak, but it wasn't an issue, next time I may go to the hardware store for better fittings. Quiet and trouble-free, recommended for this kind of use.

Bought this pump to drain a sump tank from a basement washing machine. The main waste line was too high above the washer for the washer to pump out directly so I installed a separate plastic sump tank big enough to hold the volume of discharge water. The new pump sits in the sump tank and, as soon as the washer discharges, it activates and pumps water up into the main waste line. It stops once the sump water level drops.Works well, very powerful (blew one of the hoses off that had not been tightened) and quiet.Update Oct 10th 2024.Pump has just stopped working. Nothing blocking the impeller or pipes, seems as though the motor has just failed. I have emailed the supplier as it’s out of Amazon return window - waiting for a reply. Deducted one star, will deduct another one if I don’t hear back soon.Update Oct 31st 2024.After a week of silence, the manufacturer emailed me and offered a replacement pump. It arrived yesterday - not used yet but hoping it lasts longer than first one. Would change review to 3 stars given failure after only five months but honoring warranty with a free replacement gets one star back.

I purchased this pump due to having water at the bottom of a stairwell. I have used this product for several months now without failure. I have it set on auto and every time it rains it continues to automatically pump. I no longer have to worry about water issues.

This was a great pump, I thought. Worked great in a few rainstorms but suddenly only spins without pumping any water. I test it out monthly. It stopped working several weeks ago. I will have to purchase a new one but definitely a better one. This one didn’t even last a year.

Nice pump at great price point for intermittent household use. Primarily use it to pump out hot tub or swimming pool a few times a year.

I like everything about this pump. It is simple and easy to use. It is very powerful and it sucks up even the tiny drops.

Sometimes the automatic switch won’t kick on, so I have to jiggle it around to get it to go. It will automatically switch off once the water drops to a certain level, but I think this happens too soon. Once it switches off, there is still water in the pipe, and it drops back down into the hole or wherever you have this pump. Which then kicks the pump on again when the level rises back up. It will get itself into this endless loop of pumping out the water, stopping too soon, and then said water falls back in only to start it up again.I suppose my hole is too small? I fixed the problem by purchasing a check valve which attaches between the pump and the hose to prevent the water from flowing back down into the pump. But because it doesn’t always switch on automatically, this pump should not be relied upon in any situation where you can’t monitor it and jiggle it around.

So far this pump works excellent in my sump hole. Fast and efficiently pumps water vertically(up) 9 feet and horizontally(across) another 20+ feet, out of my basement. Very happy with it. Price is excellent in comparison to other similar 1HP pumps.Comes with the perfect attachments for hoses. I just screwed a garden hose to it.I will likely buy more of these in the future for my automatic irration system I am designing for my gardens.Good unit

First impressions. Ive been using a pump that retails for well over 700 CAD for years. It was was a It worked well till the bairrings went. Initially I was going to buy the newer model from the same manufacturer until I came across this brand. This pump costs 1/7 of my previous pump. It has 66% more power. It works well initially. It seems to be sturdy and well built. Silent. No idea who this company or how long it will last. Would recommend. Update in 3 months.
