Great multi meter that is durable accurate and reliable for the money, it is missing a few features that you would only need for a specific task at work, but for a at home multimeter you will not find any better than a Fluke.

I wanted a backup multimeter to my aging Fluke 76. After purchasing a cheap non-fluke meter, and not happy with it, I decided to send it back and get a second Fluke multimeter. Even though the 15b+ is made in China, it feels like it was made with quality materials and performs well. I compared the new Fluke 15b+ with my 30 year old Fluke 76 which was made in USA and found that when reading a car battery at the same time they differ by only 0.02 volts or 0.16 percent. The Fluke 76 has never been recalibrated. Only time can tell if the 15b+ is as good but I'm pretty impressed with Fluke accuracy.

Overall it's a good multimeter, but if most of your work involves continuity testing I would not recommend it. There is a fairly long delay (maybe 500ms) between touching the probes and the buzzer going off. The delayed response is very frustrating. Frankly I was surprised a reputable brand like Fluke had this problem.
