Product Description

The Fluke T+PRO electrical tester offers all the functionality that electricians look for in volt meters and voltage and continuity testers. The T+PRO has three ways to detect ac/dc voltage: light, sound, and vibration. It offers the added functionality of a GFCI trip and continuity beeper, plus the convenience of a built-in flashlight. The T+PRO electrical tester comes with a rotary field indicator for troubleshooting three-phase systems, resistance measurement to 9.99 K ohms, as well as a backlit LCD display for easier viewing. Safer than traditional solenoid testers, the T+PRO is rated CAT IV-600 volt, CAT III-1000 volt, and complies with NFPA 70E*. The Fluke T+PRO electrical tester is sold one item per package, and is covered by a two year warranty. Fluke Corporation is the world leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tools and software. Since its founding in 1948, Fluke has helped define and grow a unique technology market, providing testing and troubleshooting capabilities that have grown to mission critical status in manufacturing and service industries. From industrial electronic installation, maintenance and service, to precision measurement and quality control, Fluke tools help keep business and industry around the globe up and running. As electrical systems grow more and more complex, spikes, transients, surges, and sudden over voltage events become more common. These can trigger a sequence of events that may lead to serious injury. This is why test equipment must be designed to protect people who work in this high-voltage high-current environment.

Ease of use, no knobs (except resistance). I have several meters that do EVERYTHING, problem is I don't use them often enough to commit to memory (I'm 74). You don't even have to turn this thing on, stick it in an outlet and it reads and blinks and buzzes. No selecting, no scales, it even does continunity without turning it on. For trouble shooting I use the continunity the most (loud buzzer) which can be turned off. Meter reads from 10v to 600. Best meter for any homeowner.

This product has allowed me to put my old wiggy into semiretirement. It does what the average troubleshooter needs: voltage tester, continuity GFCI trip and flashlight.

I specifically wanted a low impedance tester because the triacs on the PLC output cards at work work leak like a sieve and when an output is off I still often see 114-118 volts. When I would put my co-workers solenoid tester on them they wouldn't move the needle and I decided I should get something similar. This thing will still beep and vibrate on a ghost output, but at least when I look at the screen it'll say something like 73v and I know the output is actually off. I've found that I absolutely love this thing for basic troubleshooting and LIVE-DEAD-LIVE and now my 373 just sits on my cart for when I need the amp clamp. The vibration, loud tone, and not having to mess with any switches and buttons makes this thing such a pleasure to use inside control cabinets. Going down a terminal strip to find where a circuit drops out on a series safety circuit is so damn satisfying with this thing!!!

Best tester for troubleshooting that I have ever used. I call it a modern version of a wiggy because it is just as easy to use and works very similar but has more features and accuracy. It is only missing Amp reading and I would love to see Fluke come up with an improved model that could read amperage too, but it doesn't look like that will happen. It also can read resistance, but the resolution isn't too useful for troubleshooting.

This is a good tester, surpassing the solenoid types and being more than equal replacement. The negatives are that it is a bit on the costly side, the supplied test probes are OK for Europe, UK/Ireland, but not so much for the skinny USA plugs, though they will fit. The GFIC test button is a great feature. The read voltage values seem to be a bit off. In this particular case 12.0 V was really 12.0 V. But 24.00 V was already 24.3 V. The probes do not snap reliably to the back of the tester body.

I Love how you don’t have to turn this meter on for it to work. It will give you continuity and volts automatically! It also is a low Impedance (Low Z) meter to help eliminate ghost voltages. I didn’t realize before I bought this how much I would love that. I also like the leads. If This meter did amps also it would be the ultimate Troubleshooting meter!

This is the best tester for an electrician to trouble shoot power. It auto selects between power testing AC or DC and continuity. It also will test for rotation and ohm. The digital display makes it perfect to know exact readings. I have two and it’s my go to tester.
