Affordable high quality bedding for reptiles. Holds humidity well and doesn't get dusty in drier enclosures. Holds up and looks great for as long as you need it. I appreciate that it can be used for all kinds of setups and helps to keep my herp room from smelling like a snake and lizard litter box.

After moving north from Georgia we could no longer find cypress mulch in the home improvement stores where we used to buy large inexpensive bags. So we were forced to order this Fluker's brand at a much greater price. But this mulch seems better in quality and consistency and it works well for our hatchling tortoises. Unfortunately, this bedding, when dampened, seems to support fruit flies. This is our only complaint and we will use this brand until we can find another cheaper source.

This says it is a 10 lb bag but only weighs 1 lb 13 oz. When I tried to return it I was told it is not returnable
