First we ordered an age appropriate size of dirt bike pants and a shirt, but they were way too small. Apparently my 10 year old is husky, so I had to order adult sizes to fit him. We measured his waist before ordering this set, and they fit perfectly. There should be enough room for a year or two of growth as well.They are a name brand, matching (shirt & pants) set. The pants have what is called the Rider Attack Position (RAP), with the knees being slightly bent. There are thin pads in the hip to protect against bruising during minor spills. The pants will protect against burning if he happens to touch something hot with his legs, and the stitching & material seem thick and heavy duty. The shirt is light weight, and is meant to keep you cool, while potentially keeping ticks off of you (the sleeves have an elastic cuff).We bought this on discount as it was last year's style. We got a very good deal on the pants & shirt set, and it's worth every penny we paid.

I ordered the XXL/42†waist as other brands I have to order up a size. It’s a little loose which suits me fine. I’ve ordered another set with a 40†waist and they’ll be delivered tomorrow. I’ll write an update review for the fit of the 40â€. I washed them per instructions and they held up flawless for the wash. Quality product especially for this price. Comfortable to ride in as well. I just took a spill off my bike and the material is intact on pants and Jersey.

I was in the dunes for 3 days and ridding a round and no sand no nothing got in my clothes under but it’s kinda hard to put on

Fit as described. Lightweight shirt keeps cool. Pants are durable but have some flex for easy movement during riding.
