I'm always willing to try new things to help out with my back pain, and this is nice for putting behind me on the back of my recliner to roll out some tension and soreness that I have. It is very firm however, and I have to lighten up a bit when rolling over my spine, but it works the area between my shoulder blades nicely, which is what I wanted to try the most. It's very rigid and durable for sure, but I think I might like to try wrapping it in a towel for a bit more comfort, but that's just my opinion, I'm not heavily into exercise or yoga, so maybe I'm a little more sensitive. I'm also not very comfortable getting down or up off of a floor, but having this is inspiring me to give it a try and see if I can get into better shape. I have many joint problems as well, so something more cushy might have been a better choice, so it wasn't a perfect match for me, but I can surely work with it. It's made very well and has a nice texture, thanks for letting me try it out.

Although it clearly shows a mesh bag to carry the roller in, there is no such thing in the box.I believe this product is misrepresented for that reason.

Seems to work as described. It is nice that it is hollow and smaller.
