Your cart is empty.High density foam has a compression rate of 44lbs. It features the perfect amount of cushioning and stiffness. Its soft but still holds its firmness and support for an individual to sit on it without compressing the foam too much. Compression = firmness compression (not density) is what determines firmness. If you dont want a cushion thats hard as a rock or a mattress that sinks when you sit on it, you have to check the compression or ild number. Compression means the number of pounds necessary to compress a piece of foam 25% and still bounce back to the original thickness. For example, a 4" thick piece of foam that requires 33 lbs. To pack it down 1" and have it return to its full 4" thickness has a 33 lb. Compression rating or (ild) -indention load deflection. - all foam sheets are sold per sheet - not per yard. Do not open with a box cutter. Use a ball point pen or a pencil. Start by making a little incision and break it from there - durability : will last 7 to 10 yearshigh density foam is used for firmness yet relaxable cushion. It has high quality compression and material to keep it lasting for longer periods of time even when harsh weight is applied.

I love this 4 inch dense form, I bought some 5 years ago, it holds up well if put on properlyThis time I bought it to redo the cushions of another couch and 2 chairs. This are kept on an open air porch, I like in Florida. They do not get Wet but are exposed to the humidity and an occasional raining sideways so they will get damper than some.

My son made 4 big and tall wood framed patio chairs. We ordered eight 24"x24" cushions 4" thick. They fit perfectly in zippered cushion liners. Firm and very comfortable. Would definitely buy again.

They work the way they should. I didn't think I'd have to trim one side, but after trimming the first one on two sides it was easy. I used a bread knife! The cushions look great now with the new foam and are much more comfortable.

Replaced patio furniture bottom cushions that were filled with batten. Foam cushion works out 100% better and has a lot less give (firmer).

Obviously, this is not cut in a straight line. Very disappointing. I'll either have to figure out how to cut it myself or return it instead. Just put it in my chair and it's not adequate. Definitely does not feel high density.

Outdoor cushions! Ordered 4pk 24x24 by 4 inch deep and not one was 24x24 some short and some to large!
