How to use:
1,determine the distance between camera and the main feature by your eye,and then find this distance on the upside of the exposure meter.
2,find the photonasty of your camera from the first vertical line of the left of the exposure meter. The joint of this two lines is approximtely the apertu:re number.
3,you can get your aperture number from the following formula?
Index(GN)=aperture(F)×distance(L)
Eg.photonasty is ISO100/DIN21,the distance between the camera and the main feature is 5m,then the aperture is approximately F/4

Shoe suitable for all ordinary digital camera (such as 602,717,750, G3, etc.) and
traditional cameras. except Minolta and Sony anti-intercalation Shoe. Even if there is no hot shoe, through the primer flash can also be used successfully.

It was a gift she loves it and uses it constantly. It is good quality and works well with the digital SLR.

Not only was it finicky but it literally stopped working after one use. It would turn on but it literally wouldn’t trigger. I had already thrown everything away because it worked fine the first time I used it. Ultimately it’s trash and I imagine it’s a real toss up if you get a long lasting or faulty one.

I recently got a new camera, a Cannon EOS R100, and was looking for an affordable external flash. The first thing I noticed was it feels kind of cheap but the price is low so that is to be expected. It takes 2-AA batteries and fits on my camera, although the ring to tighten it down was a bit hard to turn. It worked fine and is a very bright flash – if that is what you are looking for this is an affordable option. Not sure yet how long the batteries will last but as I take most of my photos outside, they will probably last a while. The directions are in Chinese, so not helpful. All in all, you get what you pay for and for the price point of this flash, I would say it is a good deal.

Nice little flash, fast cycle time with 2 AA batteries Instruction only in Chinese, labels on unit ("ready," "test", etc.) are in English. Unsure what the hole in front is for (Chinese only instruction); it is NOT a 3.5mm sync-cable port. Be sure to look inside the battery compartment for +/- battery alignment marks - a little hard to read. Tested hot-shoe on camera, off camera with slave flash hot-shoe & sync cable adapter.

This might be acceptable for amateur photographers. Having a flash is better than no flash, but if you're serious about photography I'd spend the money and get one from Nikon or Canon, you will not regret spending the extra money. This just isn't on par with those.
