This is a very good choice. User-friendly with features that up the game. I’ve had some problems with other devices, but this one just worked out of the box. You can’t beat the price.

You can't go wrong with Focusrite. I bought a combo with two ten foot xlr cables and a relatively inexpensive set of headphones. The headphones are nothing to brag about but I couldn't pass on the combo price.

When it comes to budget friendly interfaces this is my go to. 2 inputs with gain control. I’ve never ran into an issue. I’ve used this for my home studio, a mobile studio, live sound, and in a profession studio.I’ve never had any issues connecting any of my outboard gear. Works for both PC and Mac systems.If you don’t have thousands to invest in say a heritage or avid interface this will work just fine.

Save yourself a headache, read and follow the instructions for software installation. Other than that the unit works just like I needed to.
