Pros: it's a nice, clean looking and somewhat compact (in that it doesn't take up a lot of room), waffle iron. Think waffles unless you use very thick batter. Cons: the entire unit gets super hot, to the point you can burn yourself if you touch it before it cools down. Haven't had that experience with others. With that in mind, I'd give it a five but learning that the hard way, I knocked off a star

I tried several different waffle iron before deciding on this one. Waffles are cooked thoroughly. There are several different settings. Easy to use and wipes clean. Love how they taste and my family loves them too.

This was doing really well but now it just sticks. All the waffles get stuck. No matter how much oil. Itâ€™s a Terrible mess. Waste of money.

Absolutely love that this has browning levels and a cool-touch handle. However, it falls short in terms of ease of cleaning. The main drawback is the inability to soak the entire waffle maker in water, and the non-removable plates make the cleaning process more complicated. I used to have that "flip style" and thought that was the best way to go. But it was always hard to clean and broke easily. This is SO much better. Doesnt stick. Cleans with a quick wet rag wipe down. And makes great waffles. This is definitely my new favorite waffle maker!!!
