My original handle was cheap plastic which broke and sent the cable retainer somewhere into the chair. This replacement was almost a perfect fit, just a tad bit smaller in width than original but I don’t care. I can put my feet up again, that’s more important to me than the slight cosmetic difference. It was easy to install EXCEPT for the plastic clip that snaps into the chair mechanism. I couldn’t get it into place no matter what I used to clamp it. I think it is thicker than my original. As I sat there fed up & sharp pains in my fingers and hand starting (RA) a bell went off in my head. The original cable from my original lever wasn’t broke so I decided to try and use that in the new part since I knew that plastic clip would fit and it did. The replacement should have taken 5 minutes if that if it wasn’t for the clip not fitting. Great sturdy, affordable product and I have my recliner back! Shipping was fast- ordered on Saturday and delivered on Monday! I’m a 62 year old female, if I can do it-so can you! My chair still has a lot of life left in it only being 5 years old, glad I researched the problem and found this part.

It worked perfectly! I thought my recliner was going to be trashed. The new handle is much sturdier, and I should never have any issues going forward. Also, it took me less than 5 minutes to install.

This product was EXACTLY what we needed!! One of our recliner latches broke on our couch and it ruined our night trying to re-assemble the old plastic latch. We finally gave up and started looking for a replacement online. When I saw this particular product, it gave the EXACT dimensions and measurements that re-assured us that we were buying the right product. When we the latches, 2-3 days later, it was a dream come true! It fit PERFECTLY just like the dimensions in the pictures!! This product is made of metal and it feels like it'll last much longer than the plastic latch that came with the sofa! It was easy to assemble and it fit PERFECTLY and works PERFECTLY as it was designed to do! As a consumer, we really appreciated that this replacement part being easily accessible when we needed it! This product fit my loveseat pretty well. Fairly easy to install and worked great…for 15 months. Wish I would have gotten a little more time out of it. Overall probably worth the money but maybe not quite sturdy enough.

So happy I found these replacement parts. We’ve had our Bob's reclining sofa for almost 3 yrs and BOTH sides broke within days of one another. These handles did the trick and they're metal so hopefully they'll work for the long haul.

We have had so much trouble with our Bob's Discount Furniture Recliner Sofa. The latest issue was the recliner cable snapped at the pull lever. After doing some searching, it quickly became evident that measuring the old cable was going to be important.I flipped the sofa on it's back and removed the cable. I took a picture of the mechanism so that I would know where to attach the replacement. The red arrows point to two important features. Be sure your replacement cable has a clip and hook that matches the one you are replacing. Mine had a Z hook at the end and a plastic retaining clip that matches this product exactly.Even the metal lever and housing were the same. SCORE!Removing the old cable and lever was easy. Installing the new set was simple. Just follow the same steps in reverse.So far, this replacement lever and cable work great. I don't foresee any problems. If I do, I will update this review. I just wanted to post this to tell folks to please measure your original hardware before ordering. Doing so made for an easy transaction. I am very pleased with the result.

Works perfectly for our couch recliner handle, a lot more durable then the original plastic one that came on the couch, we ordered a second one in case the other recliner handle breaks too. Great price.

Es tal cual la descripción. Cumple con las medidas y se ajustó perfecto al sillón que tengo. El envÃo fue bastante rápido y sin cargos de importación; llegó antes de lo esperado, solo que nunca tuve un número de guÃa para seguimiento. De fácil instalación.
