I really liked this board, it’s great for working out different parts of your body on one board and an easy setup. It also comes with a very helpful guide with a three phase challenge 10 week program. It’s really sturdy I was worried, with it being cheaper than other options but it holds very well.

I guess it’s my best thing I purchased this year on Amazon… the quality is great and very easy to assemble and to use! I’m doing 50 pushups daily with 2 sets each one for the triceps and one for the chest and I can’t complain

It's a cool concept. The ability to change your push up stance and target muscle groups is nice. However, the handles fall out easily when you go to pick it up.

This works well for me. I'm a senior and I'm doing exercises to try to strengthen my back/shoulders and improve posture. I got this to help strengthen back muscles. I like this device and I like adding this to my other exercises. The best thing about this is that it is so small yet so versatile. I can't do many push ups right now, but I'm working on it. The booklet gives you a 10-week program you can follow. The device itself also gives you where to place the handles to exercise different muscle areas. The handles are hard plastic, and could be improved if they had some padding. I don't use it for long enough intervals for that to bother me much. I live in a tiny condo and this is perfect for me - it folds and fits into the closet taking up almost no space at all. I like having some equipment I can use at home since I'm not going to the gym anytime soon. The bottom has little rubber feet that you insert into it and they do tend to fall out. That can be solved with a little dab of glue.
