This stool was purchased 12/4/24. One support leg, the right leg when looking at the stool, developed two cracks. I’ve been trying to get a replacement part for a couple weeks now. The manufacturer is very slow to respond, all information requested has been submitted. If we can get this issue resolved ASAP, I’ll update my review to favorable. The item has a one year warranty. Please respond.

It is easy to fold up, a struggle to unfold but super easy for toddlers to get inside and out. It's height is perfect. The grips on the bottom peeled very quickly after first few uses. The wood started splitting shortly after receiving no idea why but they are long and deep so I am concerned about safety. They are on all of the supporting pieces and for the price it's sad that that's how it ended up.

The company sent the wrong color, and it was too much of a hassle to return, that part was frustrating. But the product itself is really good quality for the cost, and it was easier than I expected to assemble. I don’t think the safety bar is as safe as some of the non collapsible towers but it works. Heavier than I expected but not terrible.

We absolutely love this 🥰 My 18 months old daughter loves it . First off, the color is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to look at. My toddler loves to get up on this tower and help with things around the kitchen. When it’s not being used as a towers it’s really easy to fold it and place it on the corner . This piece also fits perfectly in our small little space and doesn’t look bulky or overwhelming. Definitely a must have, and one of our favorite kid products by far.
