Works well, got it to be able to pack away in my small apartment if needed, 1000% the choice to make, love having a hammock in the apartment. As a mechanical engineer i appreciate the design

It is missing the support bar (item D). I don't want to return, just want the bar sent to me but their website does not work and the phone number does not work. Without the bar, the hammock is not stable

This is a very sturdy hammock stand, one that is actually sturdy enough to hold more than one person. It is pretty heavy for a "portable stand", but the bag makes it easier to carry, just don't plan on carrying it long distances. The directions that come with it are terrible, but the video on the listing is actually pretty good. Mine came with a small plastic part broken-one of the tabs that holds a support bolt. It doesn't affect the functionality, but it makes it more likely that I will lose a bolt. I can probably find a way to attach it so it doesn't get lost. overall good, but some details are kind of less than ideal.

very heavy and sturdy. you put it together. we have weak trees that are too small to support the weight of two full grown people so this stand is amazing. we can finally use our hammock not no worry about breaking weak limbs. We can still put it in the shade too without worrying about being dropped on the ground.

Overall, a really great hammock stand option. It is on the heavy side to carry around but bag makes it convenient. No worries that this will bend or break. Super solid construction. Multiple size options for hammock chairs and full hammocks is a big plus. Instructions are a bit confusion so best to watch video.
