I was excited to add this to my pack out kit. The shelf was smaller than what is pictured on the website. This was the first disappointment. Then I began the install. The provided hardware has nuts that prevent the sliding shelf from closing. The holes in the shelf itself are about 1/4†wider than hinges.I could spend an hour or two making it work - buying lower profile nuts and re drilling the holes to attach the shelf but this seems like a sloppy assembly. The items in the bag don’t even match what is on the instruction sheet. The elements all look great. They just don’t fit together. Different size seems like a bait and switch too.

Everything fits perfect. Very good quality. No issue with folding. Magnets are not the strongest but they can hold screws and light tools. The rail holders are made from aluminum.

It’s a solid product, literally. Good quality parts and surprisingly strong magnets. You’ll need some hardware to have it funktion properly. You can’t use the nylon locking nuts for the table part that is furthest from the Packout, but thinner screws.Second I honestly recommend that the table is secured by pop rivits instead. It’s a low enough profile that it can open and close and it’s secure enough to feel sturdy. Best of all, it’s easier to install.If you have rivet gun and you like to tinker this is a really solid option.

For a TABLE its GREAT , Its great to have the extra space on the side of my TOOL-TOP Packout . ...Where its a touch bothersome to me is that AS A MECHANIC i was expecting the magnets to actually do something... they wont even hold my STUBBY snap-on wrenches while folded down...save yourself the money and get the one WITHOUT MAGNETS and buy some good NEODYMIUM magnets, and some epoxy !
