I needed a shelf under a window so that i could support my laser exhaust blower. These brackets work perfectly and since they fold, I can lower the shelf when not needed. I am very happy with this purchase.

not as sturdy or well finished as I had hoped, but for the price, these do well to support a 24" x 16" x 2" butcher block cutting board. I can see how they could fail easily if installed even a little incorrectly.

I have a well-known brand barbecue grill that includes stainless steel side tables. Unfortunately, I discovered, when assembling the grill, that the side tables are permanently attached in the upright position and do not fold down when not in use. That means I would have to buy an extra large grill cover, and the grill will take up more space when placed in storage. Not gonna happen! So, I ordered these folding shelf brackets and attached them to the grill, inserted some wood fillers to the side tables, and attached the tables to the brackets. Now, my side tables flip up and lock in place with ease. When finished, a quick press of the release and they flip back down for storage. One thing to remember is that when in the upright position, the brackets are about two degrees shy of being perfectly level. So, if that is an issue, you will need to compensate for it.

Quality shelf brackets used for a recteq Deck Boss 590 folding shelf upgrade. No modifications needed to the pellet smoker. Simply removed the four screws on the front and use the folding shelf brackets. Perfect fit, holes lined up exactly. Was able to use a left over stair tread (11.25-in x 36-in Unfinished Pine) from a previous project. Cut to 25.5" and stained and sealed. Used #10 x 3/4" wood screws to attach to the folding brackets. Couldn't be happy with the end result.

I got these for a miter saw table project and they work great. Edges are maybe a bit sharp, but that's easy to deal with.

These are nice but rather flimsy. I do believe they will hold the weight as advertised. The other issue is the screws that come with the hinges. They are quit soft, I twisted of two of the heads even though I had pre-drilled pilot holes.Other they that they do work very well.
