I just racked my 22nd batch of wine from a 5-gallon kit. Overall, I have been highly successful producing light white wines like this Italian Pinot Grigio. The directions are clear. Each packet of additive is well labeled. Follow the directions and the batch of wine will turn out well. The only advice I offer is to CLEAN everything with a good sanitizer. Also, keep the carboy out of the sun and cool. I wrap my glass carboy with a bath towel. I racked 30 bottles with this kit. It's easier than you think, Enjoy!

We drink this as our everyday wine. Nice fruit up front and smooth after taste. At the price, it's hard to beat. We have made several batches and have not been disappointed.

I added an additional pound of Belgian candy sugar to bring the specific gravity up to 1.056 for 5 gal. This made a wine of about 8.75% ABV. I took a bottle to a party with a bunch of foodies and they all loved it. They said that it would pair well with something spicey.Be bold, experiment, add some different ingredients like a roasted sugar to give more Maillard flavors.

This was my first experience brewing wine, but I’ve brewed beer many times before. The process was very simple, required very little time, and the final product was excellent.I will be ordering another one of these kits soon!

I’ve been making wine for several years and I decided to try this brand. It was the same instructions I have been using but this was cloudy. I’ve never had that happen. I should’ve heeded the reviews that are probably now not there. As mine will be. Look at dates of bad reviews.

The wine was done in 4 weeks and tasted pretty good. The kit needs a fermenter which I also purchased from Amazon.The only con was the colour was a dark yellow, which made it look unappealing. That could have been something that I did wrong.

We were so pleased with our first two kits, light in colour and very clear . However our last two kits very dark in colour and heavy in consistency. Been making wine for years , sadly disappointed, thought we were on to a good thing .
