The first warming mat I received was a dud. It didn't heat up at all even though the control panel lights worked (so it was getting electricity). So I sent it back and quickly received a replacement which I'm happy to review.This mat is great to keep food hot for parties or daily use. It's heavy weight silicon is attractive and fairly large so that it can hold and heat several items at one time. It's also easy to wipe clean with a damp sponge since it cannot be submerged in liquid or put in the dishwasher.It heats up quickly and there are three different temperature settings, a timer and a button to make it difficult for children to turn on the heat. It rolls up easily and can be stored in a nice bag.This warming mat is a great addition to my kitchen.

The first one did not work but returned and got sent a replacement. So far it has been working great!

This silicone based warming mat is nicely designed to keep dishes warm. This keeps uniform heating across the mat and works efficiently. We can configure 3 different temperature settings. Cleaning is easy in case of any spills as it is made out of silicone. This can be rolled into post using it which saves space in storage. It also has auto time off, and child safety lock which are good features of this product. I feel the temperature setting options should have been more or have option to set to desired temperature. Overall a decent warming mat and serves the purpose.

Very well made and constructed. Keep items on a dish warm until served. Did a really nice job. Plus it looks very nice sitting on the cabinet top.

This hot mat is awesome! I love using these for parties when you need to keep a few items warm. This one is easy to use and really keeps things like dip hot. You could use these to keep food out of the oven warm. I would not use these on a table, but they work great on granite kitchen counters or anything heat resistant. The buttons are self-explanatory, and the mat doesn't go past a certain heat, which is nice. It is easy to store since you can just roll it up, and it saves a ton of space as opposed to buffet dishes. I like the sleekness of these mats, they look nice on my counter at parties. This has a timer and goes up to 212 degrees- perfect temperature to keep things pretty hot (depending on the size). I also like that I can lock the settings so it doesn't accidentally get turned off. This is a great item for anyone who does a lot of entertaining! I own several and use them for get-togethers and parties.

This is a very good warming mat. It works and functions well. the temperature does not reach indicated values.Unfortunately, I am rating this vs all the other mats that I have, and have a few!It is big, but the control unit on one end limits a bit the ability to handle more items.I prefer a mat that has a complete flat top. It does heats well, and it is easy to operate. but the large raised control is on the way and annoying. The unit lock with in two seconds of choosing the operation. The channer around may help contain a minor spill.The support legs are small and short. The heat source of the mat is close to the table heating the table. It seems like more heat goes to the table than the top of the mat.While this is a good mat, there are better mats at Amazon to choose from at compatible and/or cheaper prices.
