The quality is adequate for the job. Not too cheap but basic plastic. Numbers will slip off the rod if you don't attach it to something. I attached this to a piece of wood (screws are Not included). It sits on my stairs, and I slide it each time I climb the stairs so I can keep track of the number of flights I climb each day (my Apple watch kept screwing up the number of flights I actually climbed). This is an easy, cheap way to keep track, and seeing it motivates me to finish up the last few flights by the end of the day.

Not bad, gave it 4 stars because it didn't feel as sturdy as the original ones, then again my fooseball table is like 30 years old, they don't make them like they used to.
