My physical therapist, treated my heel pain, with a foot rocker, indicated I could purchase one on Amazon, for home use. I ordered, came quickly, exactly like the one I had used and an additional blue spike ball to treat my foot, as well. My heel has improved with this tool, as well as additional exercises. The price was reasonable, and it is very sturdy and perfect for home use.

You have to look up what exercises to do with this, depending on your problem or stretch you're looking for. It's a simple device but versatile. The cushion strips keep popping up eventually I'll have to buy new foam strips. Minor quality issue but still wanted to point it out. There's a lot of these devices for sale. I picked this one because it came with the spike ball. I don't like rubbing my foot on the spikes. So I turned it into a cat toy but do far the cats aren't too interested. They do like playing with the foot stretcher, they like to get it rocking.

I have achilles tendinitis and this little gadget has been a life saver! Easy to use anywhere! Stretches the achilles and calf muscles with as much force as you decide. Great product!

The rubber part that makes sure product doesn’t slide away failed right away because the glue doesn’t hold it very well to the main plastic section. Otherwise the product is fine. Manufacturer needs to use better adhesive.

I bought this because I have plantar fasciitis. This is the same one I use at physical therapy. The ball is nice but it’s not very firm so I use a different one.

This Rocker was for my sister for purposes me sooner in the ad. I already have one for years and it helps a lot ! Just remember to use it daily . Yes I recommend
