This youth band is small enough to fit a slender/adult female wrist. It has three clear รขโฌลlayersรขโฌย that you can insert a trimmed 3x5 card into. Worked cleverly for her as she began instructing in yoga/pilates classes (my idea and she loved it รฐลธยคโ)

We had gotten these wrist bands for our flag football team this year and I do believe itรขโฌโขs become one of our รขโฌลgo toรขโฌโขsรขโฌย in football now! These were a game changer when it came to organization and performance on the field! The kids can easily open the wrist band thatรขโฌโขs sealed with velcro to see their position on the field, then close it back up for a secure fit once they are done. This is a good quality sports band that can hold 4 different plays at a time, making it easy for them to call plays and look together. This is the best price youรขโฌโขll find these! I highly recommend, coaches!
