1、Press the switch to unlock the dust bin
2、Pull the switch to push out the dust bin
3、Press to push down the dust bin
4、Remove the dust bin

1. Tap the side of the trash can to remove debris from the filter.
2. Rinse well back and forth, shaking off excess water.
3. Allow to dry for 24 hours.
4. Install dry filter

it was a bit tight to get the cylinder on, but it works great!! I have a very furry dog, and this vac is fantastic, but was definitely losing steam. So much better now.

It is an almost perfect fit. You can tell it's third party but it's not to the point where it doesn't work pretty much the same as the original. I'm pleased with it, personally. No issues so far. For an off-brand replacement this is about as good as you can get.

The canister is pretty much exactly like the original and I really can’t tell the difference. It fit perfectly and I have no issues with it at all. Well, other than not being able to tell the difference. Hahaha. Anyway, the filter goes on easily and other than the print on the cover, that is a little different, it is basically the same. I can tell the difference when looking at them, but they seem to work exactly the same. I love having this backup set. I’m able to clean my vacuum without putting it out of commission. I alternate the parts when I’m ready to clean it, so I never worry about possibly having moisture in the parts that could damage my vacuum. The on/off switch is also a nice addition. Honestly, I already have one that I like better than this one but if I didn’t already have one, I would be thrilled with it. Great little addition that I didn’t realize was included. Nice to have that as a backup too in case anything ever happens to the one that I have.

I have the habit of accidently breaking things. I have accidently dropped my original unit. Fortunately, it has not broken. But it is probably only a matter of time before it does. That is why I ordered this unit as a spare. This comes packaged well, including a spare filter and a trigger lock. The filter appears to be identical to my original filter. I put this canister on my vacuum, and it fits and works perfectly. The slide function for cleaning is tight, but the instructions state that it will become easier after several uses and the seal need to form itself. The trigger lock is a great bonus! I have been using a rubber band to keep the trigger on when using attachments that require me to set the unit down. One example is cleaning out my dryer duct. The lock is simple to install and use. Just flip the lever on or off.I am glad I ordered this unit and would recommend to someone who needs a replacement canister. Or if you are wanting to replace your filter, the price of this complete set is approximately $3 to $4 more than just the filter at the manufacturer's website.

The replacement can is hard to put on and off. Fit seems to be a bit to small.

Got this as a replacement canister on a V11 Animal+. Fits just as the original. Can not tell a difference. Works great.

The OEM parts do not fit snugly into this canister. The canister is functional but since it doesn't fasten seamlessly, it creates a wobble when you are pushing/pulling the vacuum. Would not recommend unless you really need to save money/can't wait to save up for a better or OEM replacement
