This welcome sign is very cute. I really like it, but it is not for any area that gets sun. The problem is that it was put together using some kind of craft glue like a hot glue gun glue. The flowers fell off so I had to use a sturdier glue so they wouldn't fall off again. Next, the covering for the "Welcome" cut out rolled up on one end on the inside of the sign. The area that rolled up didn't show up at night. The last problem I encountered was that I couldn't turn it off without taking the batteries out because glue had run into the "off" side of the switch. I didn't return it because I took it apart. I found out that the glue they had used was melting because it was hanging in the sun on my front door. I would love to have another one to hang out of the sun. I tore part of the front panel when I took it apart, so I am going to try to repair this one I have first. Like I said, it is very cute.
