The battery life is better than the original gopro batteries, they charge fast, and I like how SD cards can be stored in the case.

The best thing about this charger is that it allows me to charge multiple batteries at once, is compact and very portable. it does not take up a lot of space in my carry case. The indicator for the related slot that the battery is in will indicate red when charging and be a green when fully charged. These visual charging indicators are very helpful.The website indicated that the charger had multiple charging options (micro-usb, type c , etc ) but from what I can tell the only option is a USB Type C cable with with a USB Type C charging block or a USB Charging block. The cable provided is for your traditional 5v USB charging block. This means you can use various sources as a charger included your laptop.I had no way of testing the built-in over-charge / over heating protection but I had no issues with the charger remaining plugged in after my batteries were fully charged. Instructions are provided. The slot for micro sd cards is more of a gimmick but some people might find it useful to keep them in this charger if they travel with gopro camera and charger only. I do wish this came with a cable for a type-c port and included the charging block itself. Overall, this represents great value, works as advertised and is a great addition to your pool of accessories.

At first I thought this had an onboard battery inside of it, but quickly found that That is not the case. However, That is not a problem. After watching it charge I did notice that the lights would occasionally flicker from red to green and back and thought batteries were not being accurately charged or only charging one battery and stopping (which was not the case).That being said...1.) Plug in your batteries and leave it alone, the batteries are charging and the charger is fast2.) This charger helped revive a battery that I could not get to charge with the original charging cord.3.) Perfect for transportation, just bring a charging block if you will have no access to any power source.4.) The batteries seem to last a good amount of time, but I need further use.Overall Amazing purchase and would buy again if I need to.

I thought I would try these out and found that they do not work at all with my GoPro hero 12. I put the first one in and it said not compatible. I tried the other 2 and the batteries would not work with the GoPro. It would record for about 10 seconds then shut itself down on every one of these. I tried my factory one and it works just fine. I would not recommend these for a GoPro hero 12 as they do not work.

Compré este cargador con sus dos baterÃas....pero creo que me salieron mal....al estar usandolas cuando llega a 25% de carga de baterÃa ...se me apaga la camara go pro 12......Las pilas que venÃan con la cámara . Cuando llegan al 2 % se apaga la camara ...
