The kit doesn’t come with adhesive so you’ll need to carefully apply glue to secure the screen in place. The most time consuming part of the screen replacement was removing all of the adhesive and broken glass residue from the iPad to prepare it for the replacement screen.The screen is missing a couple magnets that might help for some accessories to fit the iPad. You can glue on the magnets from your broken iPad screen to this one. This iPad doesn’t use any attachments other than an apple pen so I didn’t bother adding the magnets.Screen works just fine and looks good. Can’t tell the difference.It comes with a thick plastic screen protector but I didn’t not use it because the new case this was going in already had a screen protector.The glass on these screens feel thin so corner impacts from drops seems like a major culprit for damage. Any new case I will buy will have thicker or reinforced bumper corners. The reinforced screen protector might also help.I think this repair should only be performed by people with good hand coordination and patience. Once completed I couldn’t be happier with the results.

This replacement screen works as advertised. Installation was straightforward and wasn’t terribly difficult. The only complaint I have is with the provided adhesive strips. Applying them onto the iPad was the most difficult part of the install. I would suggest looking for an adhesive glue in place of the strips.

Kit comes with everything you need. There’s videos on YouTube that can walk you through it , it’s very easy. My first screen got sent with a bad tab for the lcd and they sent out a replacement very quickly . I would buy again and recommend to anyone with an iPad 4th gen

Good repair part however does not come with the screen magnets. I was lucky enough to recover the old ones from the damaged screen being replaced. Otherwise everything else was of good quality.
