FAQ
1) What can I do to retain the Face ID of my phone?
1. Face ID only works with the original front camera and sensors assembly for user protection, you have to install the original iPhone 13 digitizer screen components on our screen correctly.
2. If the Face ID doesn’t work after using the screen installation, please make sure all the parts are put in the correct places, and reset the Face ID on the setting then do a hard reset.
2) There are black/white dots or lines on the LCD iPhone 13 touch screen, what should I do?
This may be caused during transportation, incorrect installation, or incorrect usage of the screen, please do not press too hard on the screen or drop it during installation or daily use.
3) Why does the touch function can't work properly after connecting all the cables?
The touch issue might be caused because the cables are not installed correctly. Please try to unplug all the connectors on the logic board. Then use dust wipes or cotton swabs to wipe all the sockets carefully and reinstall the screen. Make sure you connect all the connectors correctly with a "click" sound and make sure the metal plate over the connectors of the LCD digitizer for iPhone 13 is screwed down properly.

Ok...1. Amazon seller sent me a how to video on how to take apart and put together. Really helpful and nice, like to add the video shows how to remove the ear piece and camera, don't be my husband and try to remove these things if your replacing the screen lol.... But major perks on the video! Helpful.2. The screen removal and put back together process is a pain in the butt, you need to have a little bit of patients, and nerves not to screw up.. Thank you apple.3. Our screen was busted!!! So the suction cup didn't want to hold like it was supposed to, no worries though a little wiggle wiggle and it came off just fine.Everything works like it should, the home bottom, the touch screen, everything! Works like new, and it comes with a screen protector, don't be me and break the screen protector. So you get all your tools needed to replace your screen and home botton, a how to video, and a nice screen protector. My favorite part it the magnet that comes with the box, it has a image of the inside of the phone! And a diagram of where your screws go so you can remember your place! Well worth the money! And hello, you get to keep everything for next time!

This is the best setup I’ve had for replacing the screen. It comes with a magnetic diagram of the phone to place the specific screws in. I always have go get a separate tray and place them in and remember which is which. This was so easy! Best I’ve ever installed. And it comes with a screen protector. And the packaging was foam supported so it would t get hurt in shipping. Also, it has everything on it to just switch it out instead of having to transfer your speaker and everyone over. If you want the finger print touch button you have to transfer your home button, but I don’t use that. I can’t say enough of how easy it was to install and great product. Amazing product! Love it!

The good - I was able to to install and appears to be working perfectly!The bad - The video sent did not use the tools included in the kit. I wound up having to find other videos for additional help.Tips -The video implies you need to remove all the inner parts (like the camera) Don't! You only need to remove and replace the home button. Google another video to do this if needed.The pry tool included in the kit was plastic. You need some other tool, or purchase a pry tool separately. I couldn't see which screw driver to use with which screw. The magnetic sheet didn't appear to match. For iphone 7, it's the three lobed screw driver (red) that is needed fro home button. I used the wrong screw driver and pretty much stripped the screws using the wrong one.In the end, this screen got the job done. Thus, the 4 stars.If you have patience and good eyesight (or magnifier), this is a good purchase.

Replaced the screen on my iPhone because it was smashed. Had done it before with an older phone. This one was much easier. I had more experience but the tools were much better, especially the magnetic plate for those tiny screws. The image is just great on this screen and the touch response is 100% better, too. I would buy again. BTW, don't do the screen without doing the battery at the same time. You'll be glad that you did.

I think I got my second replacement one of these a month ago. This one had a dead pixel but compared to the first doa one I figured I would take it. Like a few others have mentioned it’s starting to have touch issues. For the amount of effort that goes into replacing a screen these guys aren’t worth the little bit of saving

This iphone 5s replacement screen comes very nicely packaged in frustration free materials. The screen and all the components are very nicely laid out within the packaging. There's a QR code to the instructional video. All the well though out details give you confidence that this product and project will be a success.Indeed! PLEASE READ, So this is my 4th iphone 5s screen and this one is by far the best!! People don't realize that it's not oem but this screen is very close, other screens I ordered from Amazon wouldn't timeout when I put it to my ear so I pushed buttons on people all the time or muted myself so I had to use the speaker phone. Some home buttons were slow. So there's a lot to replacing with quality and just plain junk, this is my 3rd vendor and I can't say enough and how happy I am that it even looks original as in the Colors on the screen. I will never spend $100 dollars on screens again. I will be back for sure THANK YOU for making a great product

The QR/web link to the installation video does not work. I had to pull up another tutorial for installation instructions. Removing the old screen adhesive is tedious as well as the ambient light/proximity sensor and microphone. The functionality of the screen is fine. The sensitivity okay, reasonably accurate, & resolution is good. But the screen does get hot to the point of pausing charging due to overheating. Get a warranty for your phone so u don’t have to use Amazon replacement screens.

Das Display passt und reagiert wie es soll. Aber die Helligkeit, Auflösung (was ich nicht verifizieren kann) kommt nicht an das Original heran.Es gibt clouding auf dem Display.Da ich das iPhone 7 nur als Motorradnavi nutze kann ich damit leben.Positiv: Verpackung, Anleitung, Zubehör sowie Support. Es kam be separate Mail mit der Herangehensweise bei der Installation.Nächstes Mal: Original
