Decent sound and great kit for starter creators who want to have what's needed to use your phone etc for creating content. Good lighting also the mic could do with better sound reduction but there are others that are much worse out there!

This turned out to be a good starting point for me, as an all-in-one kit. I have a clunky tripod from the days of VHS camcorders that I was previously using, so the nice lightweight tripod in this kit was a VERY welcome accessory. Most important if you want to use your cellular phone for video, the included clamp/adapter to hold it on the 1/4-20 threads that are on most camera tripods has been implemented. The tripod and the phone clamp in this kit did adhere to the standard aforementioned thread size...making these accessories interchangeable with any other gear you may have. The phone clamp holds fairly secure as long as I'm not using one of my 'armored' heavy duty phone cases. With an OtterBox or similar case on your phone, you'll need to remove it to clamp your phone properly. Noteworthy is that other than the metal in the tripod assembly, all accessories in this kit are made of plastic. This is not a commercial grade set, it's just for very casual use as everything is built very lightly and will break if you're not handling it with care. The handheld 'selfie' grip is actually quite stable and I didn't feel afraid to clamp my $400+ phone in it - in a controlled situation of course. If you're looking for an action camera, forget about using your phone. For making video presentations, this kit and your phone will do the trick, though. The RGB light in this kit is quite nice and casts an impressive amount of illumination for its small size. As it is a flood light, there is a diffuser on the front that negates any 'lens flare' or 'eye dots' you'll typically see without a diffuser. It's dimmable, color selectable and when used as a white light, color temperature selectable. Using USB C charging makes using the light easy - practically everything now uses USB C - there is also a short charging cable included. You'll supply your own power source of course. The wireless microphone in this kit actually does work okay. Sound quality is not as good as the microphone on my phone, but for picking up voice in a quiet setting - it will do the job. Easy to pair with the receiver and actually has a range of about 30 feet. Connectivity of the microphone's receiver is accomplished via USB C, a standard 1/16" jack or iPhone (lightning) USB type connector. The microphone and receiver can be used with any other accessory, not just your phone - it can be plugged into a Bluetooth speaker if desired.Lastly, there is the remote shutter button which also operates via Bluetooth. Provisions for Android & iPhone are made, as there is a seperate button for either to operate the camera shutter/start-stop recording. The Android button being the smaller of the two buttons on the small remote. It works and that's what counts!Overall this is a great kit for beginners. If you do a lot of videography, you'll not be using your cellular phone in most cases. Luckily as mentioned, the tripod in this kit is standard and will support the mounting of a regular SLR or small video camera.I took one star away because everything in this kit is pretty basic and not of very high quality. For the price point, I did expect a cellular phone clamp that was more robust if the manufacturer intends you to use this with a phone. Phones are expensive...I use an aluminum phone clamp for this very reason.

The tripod is weak but you can use your phone as intended, just be careful where you place it and how you handle it.The Bluetooth shutter button is a nice feature which is nice for controlling your phone remotely. The light is pretty bright but don't expect studio level performance. This item would be perfect for any up and coming content creator to get started, just don't expect it to last a lifetime but a cost effective way to get into posting on you tube and other sites.

My 11 year old loves vlogging and has a YouTube channel she posts on. She said it’s great for filming! The microphone and stands work well. All of her friends enjoy using this too! Very easy to use.

Cheap materials with knobs that won't tighten. Does not lean down at all so hard to line up any shots on the tripods. Instructions are seriously lacking.
