Ordered blade, cap, and 2 O-rings since blender leaked, and just ordering 2 O-rings was 1/2 the cost. Turned out, the leak was stopped with the replacement cap. Now I have spare O-rings and a spare cutting blade. Terrific solution!

My inside black plastic threaded part attached to jar was cracked. I also received two rubber spacers / new blade. The only thing I suggest is make sure you measure the width of your plastic threaded ring because they come in different sizes and it won't fit, I almost made this mistake. "It is not one size fits all"
