This Android 14 Car Stereo Radio (4GB/64GB version) looks very good, performs very well and has all the features that one would desire from a Car Stereo. I installed this on my RAV4 2014 XLE, when my built-in stereo started giving problems. Before installation, I did a fair amount of research on YouTube to learn about removing the OEM car stereo and installing Android car stereos. The customer support was excellent and helped promptly with my installation questions. Both Wireless and Wired Car Play works flawlessly; Bluetooth pairing is fast and works perfectly. The sound quality of the FM/AM Radio with RDS is very good. The DSP/Equalizer is great in tuning the sound quality according to our taste. I retained the factory OEM camera, which this unit supports without any additional cables or harnesses. The steering wheel controls work perfectly. The 5G WIFI connectivity is stable and fast, and I was able to quickly download Google maps for offline usage (used home WIFI). A definite buy, if you are looking to replace your car stereo.

I liked the device but it didn't come with all of the right wiring connections nor a canbus adapter so I returned it.

Everything started out fine (purchased 11/24/24), perfect fit, easy to setup, etc. then all of a sudden the music starts skipping. It happened from time to time, so I thought nothing of it, but the skipping progressively got worse. I troubleshot the possible issues, and found that the app that they use with the software had some kind of unfixable malfunction (at least I couldn’t fix it myself). I believe the radio comes with instructions, if I can find the papers that came with the unit the. I will update/respond to this post to fill you guys in.

The device looks nice but I guess since it’s android it doesn’t work well with CarPlay, it launches through an app called Tlink5, takes forever to pair, and is extremely laggy and unusable. I often have to reboot it due to it freezing. I can’t listen to any audio without it clipping every second. You get what you pay for I guess.
