The cast iron grates the grill came with worked well, but were starting to get pitted. I usually opt for cast iron over stainless because it's easy to get a substandard grade of stainless, and you don't know until it's too late. So far these grates are perfect. They've been through some chicken, pork, and beef, and various sauces and seasonings, and clean up like new very easily. They seem to be good quality stainless. They fit perfectly with just the right amount of play, too. Great replacement grates, and I am pleased with their performance.

My Weber grill came with cast iron grates.Right; within 2 years, they were rusting and adding bits of iron to my burgers.Replaced with porcelain enameled cast iron.Again, the porcelain failed after 3 years, and, once again, I was spitting out rusty bits.These stainless-steel grates, 1/2 the cost of the iron types, clean easily, grill beautifully, and I'd be shocked if they ever corroded.Months later: Possibly a low grade of stainless steel, but every time I fire up my grill, these have a thin coating of rust. No, I don't follow the instructions to wipe them with oil after each use. That's why I chose stainless steel. Anyway, a quick pass with a wire brush restores the smooth cooking surface.

These grates work perfectly. They are just like the originals but cost half what Webber charges for their replacements.

I could not believe how well made this grate is. The metal may be heavier than what comes with a new Webber grill. Beautifully made. Perfect fit. To sum it up: GRATE!

I have rebuild 6 Weber Silver B's this summer. I have gone with these grills on 2 of the 6 units. The ones I received are stainless all the way through, not plated. They are a smaller diameter then the Weber sold units, and are a little further apart, but are 1/4 to 1/5 the price. I cooked 80 burgers on one set, worked like a charm. Welds are well done, grills are well finish. They heat evenly, and do not warp. This will be my go to Grill for the 6-8 i do next year.

Bought the grills to replace my old ones in my Weber Spirit E330. They fit perfectly. Only been using them for a couple months now but they seem to be good quality.

BBQ is 20 years old and parts from manufacturer expensive. These Grills are a great alternative. Have only had them in the BBQ a few days so cannot speak to longevity. However they are thick and solid so with a little TLC should last a long time. Great grilling marks and cleaning is the same as most. I'm happy with my purhase.

They're bbq grills. Cast iron. Better than what my high end Weber came with (Stainless steel)
