I recently purchase this heater lunchbox and i absolutely love it. As a construction worker I've been abused eating cold food as its hard to find a microwave or a clean one even. Your almost forced to eat a sandwich everyday or buy food. I've been using this a few days and its been a game changer. Some little kinks you need to learn is 30 minutes your food is warm, 45 minutes your food has some good heat, 1 hour your food is piping hot which is preferred at least for me. I always make sure to add some nonstick spray or olive oil to the cooking pan it just helps with sticking or overall burn. A great product so far no issues. Comes with a carrying case that has a top zipper to hold both car plug in or wall plug in. Also the unit comes with utensils which are compact but what do you expect, its all about efficiency. LOVE IT

I bought this lunchbox for my son-in-law. He is a truck driver. He loves how he keeps his food nice and warm on cold days and he can’t always be at a truckstop when he has lunchtime.

The unit performs exceptionally well; however, I prefer the option to remove the cover for visual monitoring of the heating process. Without the cover, the inner pan maintains a distance from the heating element. Furthermore, the cover's clamping mechanism is quite forceful. Regarding the 12V adapter, I had two initial concerns. First, I was apprehensive about the possibility of blowing a fuse in my vehicle, as a previous unit from a different manufacturer caused this issue repeatedly; however, this unit performed flawlessly. Secondly, I anticipated reduced heating efficiency at 12V, but to my surprise, the unit reached a high temperature within 40 minutes, necessitating a rapid meal consumption due to my 45-minute lunch break.

Quiero comentarles que devolvà uno de los pozuelos porque no cerraba la tapa pensé en que era un defecto pero cuando llegó el otro hoy mi esposo logró cerrarlo y vi que no era problema de ellos sino que no es fácil de poder cerrar una vez que ya lo dominas es más fácil la técnica es cerrar las dos plequitas pequeñitas primero a presión sin romperlo y las dos más grandes luego Asà es más fácil poder hacerlo

I work outside year round. I wanted something to heat up soup or something like that. This will definitely work. I could probably make a grill cheese in this thing. Definitely a 5 stars item. Just take the silverware out of the lid holder when cooking. They will get very hot.

First it arrived late, that's Amazon's fault. It was used, also Amazon's fault. I paid full price for a new item, not someone else's return... The item looks good, but you can feel how poorly it's constructed. The lid would not lock on to the unit with a food tray installed. After 45 minutes the food in the middle burned to the bottom of the tray and the food on the edges was still cold. It easy to clean, which will come in handy when you decide to return yours too.

Calienta muy bien la comida pero la tapa no embona del todo bien, se batalla para cerrar. No se si sea solo esta, pero si es una lata para cerrarla.
