Expected reliable quality. All the review was great.It arrived and connected and found that it just moves backward only.Claimed and replace 2 PCB board, same situation.Looks like there's no repair facilities in USA. Even they gave me a full credit and keep the merchandise,useless garbage in the house. Just don't buy it. The circuit is unstable.Eventually, we must buy made in USA only. Thanks God, Amazon gave me a full refund.

This trailer dolly works perfectly! I am able to maneuver my 20' Haulmark trailer in a very tight area without damaging my trailer or my shop that it is parked next to.

After getting the run around from the extremely unprofessional meth heads at Trailer Butler for 9 weeks I received a refund and purchased a Parkit360. I am very happy with the performance of the Parkit360, shipping was fast too. It moves my 4000 lb camper better than I anticipated on packed dirt and packed gravel. The option to use the tongue jack instead of the ball attachment is a huge convenience and provides great stability. The only bad thing I have to say about this trailer dolly is the price, it is very expensive. Build quality is great but double check the lug nuts, mine had a couple loose ones.

This product was advertised as something that can help you move a trailer. We tried using this item to move our trailer and this device made things more difficult. It cannot balance itself and you have to fight with it just to keep it from dropping your trailer. We tried multiple times to see if there was a learning curve and this was a mistake. You are more likely to hurt yourself using this. Not worth the price whatsoever.

It’s a little harder to hook than the videos made it out to be but it works. Of course, my trailer parking area is on a concrete slab which is slightly up hill with bin-10 (basically gravel). It worked but took a bit of effort. I believe it will work perfect on flatter ground and will save me from trying to park my cargo trailer with my RV.
