I recently had the opportunity to test out the Force1 Remote Control Car, and while it provided hours of entertainment and excitement, I was ultimately disappointed by the malfunction of the remote control within the first three days of use. From its sleek design to its impressive speed and responsiveness, the Force1 Remote Control Car truly delivered a thrilling experience for enthusiasts of all ages. However, the joy of controlling this high-performance car was short-lived as the remote control suddenly stopped working, leaving me unable to fully enjoy the product.Edit:I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service! When I encountered a small issue with my order, they reacted quickly and professionally. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they also went above and beyond by sending me a brand new toy car as a gesture of goodwill. My son absolutely loves it! This experience has definitely made me a loyal customer. Highly recommend! 🌟

I ordered this remote control car for my son for Christmas. It was great for a few days, but unfortunately the cable broke so we could no longer charge it. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. They offered to send a replacement cable, free of charge. I received the cable quickly and my son is thrilled to play with his car again. I would highly recommend this RC car and company (for their excellent customer service), just be extra careful with the cable and how it connects. It breaks easily.The car itself is great. It can spin, flip, and do many other tricks. It also lights up which is neat at night. This has worked a lot better and longer than other cars my 8 year old has played with. Seems more durable than others. Time will tell...

UPDATE: Great customer service. They reached out to me and sent a new car that works and my son loves it. I think this car is best for younger kids, probably ages 4-6.-----I wish I could recommend this car. The first one arrived and my son loved it but after two days it started to malfunction. I returned it and got a new one sent to me and the second car arrived broken.The idea of the car is great. The quality control is terrible.

This car is smaller than expected, but cute. It needs 2 AA batteries (not included) as well as a charge on the rechargeable battery, which is included. The connection of the rechargeable battery into the car is tight. Very little length on the wires to connect.

Absolutely love this product. My grandson‘s age 6 and 1 1/2 both had a blast playing with it. It runs into the wall and flips and when you’re good enough, you can make it flip anytime it’s a crazy cool car.

I purchased this for my grandson. He loves it! I hate it! Why? Because I am lazy. I want easy. This was hard. Why? Because EVERY time you have to take the battery out for charging, you have to remove a little tiny screw (they do include the screw driver - thank you!) that is easy to lose . . . then it takes a LONG time to charge . . . and then you have to put it back in the compartment and screw the little tiny screw in again! You may think I am complaining too much? Well, do that two or three times a day. Actually, I don't think that was exactly accurate. I don't think I could do it three times a day as it takes so long to charge. But having griped and complained . . . my grandson loves it. It is sturdy and entertaining and in no way ugly to look at with all the colorful lights. And that's the truth! :) So you have heard the good, the bad and the ugly. You decide if it is worth it to you. Suggestion to the manufacturer . . . get rid of the screw and give us a latch!! Then you get a FIVE star review instead of a Three.
