Auto tech by trade, 35 years. Buddy in Ford parts stated only complete hose with o ring available per Ford listing- to fix common o ring leak.Researched and found this part and fits as noted above. Contacted Ford parts buddy (former co-worker) and shared info and part # as he drives same model truck and engine. Works great,no leaks,easy fix,saves lots of money and FACTORY PART/# . NOTE- Beware of aftermarket kits. Lots of reviews with aftermarket o rings/kits with fit and leak- issues.

Fixes upper or lower radiator hose leaks at the Y connector. Do yourself a fat and get two and replace both at the same time since you’re already there. Fixed upper and still had a leak, discovered it was the lower one that is the exact same part number.
