These are extremely heavy duty and work perfectly as anti vibration pads. They are very heavy. I had ordered them to place under my furnace to dampen the sound, but sadly, they wouldn't fit since the furnace wouldn't lift that high off of the ground.

They work well but the odor is horrible. I left them outside for 7 days bf installing and left them overnight in a buck of water & baking soda, this did nothing. Think I'm going to place them in a zip lock bag and install them in the bag.UPDATE: After few weeks the odor finally subsided.

A must have for large Compressors, I’ve added a super dense rubber Matt and the vibration pads, using double expansion anchors. Twice as quite and will add years to the life of your compressor. Great value, quality product.

Used these under a new GE front loading washer that was shakingvibrating quite a bit during the spin cycle. These pads helped with the shaking, but more importantly, they reduced the energy transfer into the hardwood floors by absorbing a fair amount the vibrations. No doubt the washer still vibrates, but at a reasonable amount that does not rock the whole house. I previously tried the round hockey puck-like pads from Amazon and sent them back - but these are keepers.

Needed for noise for our new full-size stacking washer and dryer. Sturdy and reduced noise substantially. Will use in different areas if necessary.

I used these to put under a portable air conditioner that was shaking our 80 year old floors. Before I could feel vibrations 20 feet away in a different room on the couch; and pronounced shaking in the same room as the ac. Now I can only feel slight shaking in the same room when the compressor is running.Debating trying another type of material but so far these are adequate.

The claim that each pad can hold 960 lbs is misleading. Maybe if the weight was spread evenly across the pad. For a 300 lb washer/dryer combo the legs just put a large indent into the pad. Not all the way through, but enough to affect the vibration and stability of the unit. Helped a little but kinda made the vibration worse.

The low frequency resonance from our pool pump was driving me quite insane. There was literally nowhere in the house I couldn’t hear and sometimes feel it. These pads instantly stopped all of that. Easily a 50% reduction in overall noise level. All I can hear now is the whir of the pump and no vibrations inside the house. Wish I had done this a long time ago.

Good material but the heavy washing machine’s legs on it still move nominally when the washer drum spinning at reasonably quick speeds (1000 e.g.)
