I was wary about getting this, since so many of the reviews are about how short it was. But I gave it a shot anyway.When I first opened it I thought “oh no, it IS too shortâ€, as when I held it up it looked like the camera would sit on my chest. But I needed something, so I figured I’d use it for now.But once I attached it to the camera* I realized it was PERFECT! I’m short (5’3â€), and the camera rests at my waist! The weight of the camera plus the bit of stretch in the strap will pull it down further.I had to replace the camera, and the next one came with a strap, but I gave it away because this strap is SO much better!It does have a little bit of a smell, but it smells like car or bike tires. So if you’ve ever walked into a bike or tire shop, you’ll be familiar with that rubber smell. It can be intense, but I stop noticing it after a couple minutes.Highly recommend!*look up a guide online for how to correctly attach the strap. It’s a little tricky at first, but it’s also quite easy and very secure!

I have 5 of these now on all of my DSLR's and they are so much more comfortable than the stock neck strap. Get this and you will never go back to a traditional neck strap.
