it's easy to take care of. the dirt sweeps off or passes through. Before we left I swept the top of the carpet off then folded and rolled it up dirt packed side in. the dirt stuck on the earth side of the carpet. when we returned home I left the carpet on the cement driveway. when it dried a quick shake and the dirt fell off.

This does exactly what it says it’s going to do.We used it for camping and we used it on the floor. As dirt was coming in it picked it up really nicely keeping everything nice and clean. It’s a little rough, but that was expected. But the job is not done until all the tools are put away.And that’s why this does not get five stars.We are not machines that folded up these carpets. The bag that you have to fold it back into is just too small for us for us meager humans.I would happily pay extra for an oversized bag so that this can be properly stored and put away.Otherwise go buy it and then go out and find a big bag lol

We took 2 of these on our camping trip to keep dirt out of tent and hangout canopy. They worked out amazingly well and even though the ground was wet and muddy from day before heavy rains they brushed off easily. We ordered 2 9x13 and they packed up nicely for storage till season returns.

This has many uses, but if you need to cut down on tracking outside stuff to camper. This is great.
