Many people didn't look or read before buying lol, the book has words typed wrong and honestly to me that's just funny. I'm using it because I love foxes and it's cute. It's held up perfectly and I'd probably buy others if needed. The colour is the same as shown imo and none of it has fallen apart.

MY 10 year old granddaughter is into foxes and she is somewhat of a tomboy, so I thought the fuzzy cover and cute inside features might put her off, but this diary is a hit. She calls it her journal and is using it to write and illustrate little stories. She lost the keys in a few days. If you get one, I suggest you tell the child to tuck away one of the 2 keys that come with it before she loses them!

I purchased this darling furry fox diary with a pretty jewel lock for my granddaughter's birthday. Some reasons for the gift were to spark her imagination, enhance her creativity and expand her writing skills. Unfortunately, on the inside cover, the word "cute" was misspelled -- which I'll have to explain to her. Also, it says "sweet dream" instead of "sweet dreams," which seems a little strange. I would have given it five stars if not for these issues.
