These were a huge help out on the ice. When I originally put them on the boot I I thought they may slip off the heel, but they stayed on great. Provided the perfect amount of traction without making me clumsy footed. I put the XL on a size 12 rubber boot with insulation insert.

I wear a size 8 and these were nearly too small for my ice fishing boots (polar pack type) otherwise they work well and give a good grip on the ice and do stay on the boot unlike others.

I have a pair of Stablicers for walking in heavily iced conditions but wanted an inexpensive pair for quick trips outside with minimal icing. These easily attach to hiking shoes. Thumbs up!

These things run big. I bought the Under 10 pair for my wife, and the over 10 for myself. We both put them on Muck Boots (sz 8 for her, 12 for me) and one of them keeps fallng off on both pairs. I'm going to glue it on with Gorilla glue and see how that holds up. So far, we haven't fallen on the ice when doing chores, so they work from that aspect - but having to put them back on amidst the manure residue in unnecessary

The Frabill product is easy (relatively speaking) to put on over boots or athletic shoes. They stay on over a hour-long walk, which is more than I can say for much more expensive types I've used. They are at least as durable as any others I have purchased. The only drawback I can think of is that my feet are somewhat tender from repeatedly stepping on the studded surface through the soles of my shoes or boots.
