Very light weight and easy to hold on to. I alread use it to build my own shed. Easy to space out the studs in the walls. And the handle on it was just the cats meow. Great design and my friends love it also.

Makes framing small projects go faster when you are not a full time framer so that all your numbers work out for everything after framing
