There weren't many reviews, so I didn't know what to expect. First of all, it's stunning. Secondly, it's dishwasher safe, which is great for me. I've washed it in the dishwasher about a dozen times now, and there's no evidence of it. I've also cooked tomato sauces and curries with it, and it hasn't taken any staining from the tomatoes or turmeric. I didn't even notice the Frank Lloyd Wright logo mentioned in another review until I read that review - so, for what it's worth, I don't think it's really an issue. It's very subtle, and certainly doesn't take away from the overall design. The only drawback is that the wood is a little soft, so it has taken some very shallow dents from me banging it on the edge of my dutch oven to get food off while cooking. Personally, it doesn't bother me, but I do think others should be aware in case it may bother them.

I like the spoon a lot and the cool FLW design with the 2 tone colors, it’s different from anything in my kitchen and a nice addition. I took some photos to show what it looks like, I feel like the stock photo is an accurate representation. There is a logo, however it is so faint that it is barely visible. I washed my spoon and then treated it with the Epicurean board butter, after doing that the logo pretty much disappeared. So if it bothers you, I would try that first, but as you can see from the pictures, it really isn’t noticeable. If there is anything I would change about the spoon, I find it to be a little too big and a bit awkward. I attached a photo of one of my old wooden spoons for size reference. Also, the handle isn’t as comfortable as the round spoon handles I have been used to using all these years, but that’s just personal preference. This is my first Epicurean utensil, I’ve used and abused their cutting boards for many years, so I hope this spoon will last just as long with the proper care. I definitely recommend it if you are a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright.

We provided several as part of a Christmas gifts to friends and family. Spoons are very well made and are dish washer safe.

I would be a ten on this product, if the spoon that I have matched the spoon in the photo. sadly there's a logo on the handle and it Kinda ruins the whole vibe. Still cool I will just have to get someone who makes spoons to make this without a logo.

At first I didn't think I would like this spoon but the more I use it the more I like it. It has good weight and cleans easy. And is nice to look at.

An over-priced kitchen utensil, but a nice addition if you are a fan of the Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW) design-style.
